All orders ship from Canada.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times (after shipping) 

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped:

  • Canada: 5–7 business days
  • United States: 10–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
  • Australia: 10–14 business days

Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These fees are not controlled by Loom & Latch and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional postage to reship it.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and your delivery location, and
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
