These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [loomandlatch.com] (the “Site”) and any purchases from Loom & Latch (“Loom & Latch,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site or place an order. If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
3) Products, content, and accuracy
We try to display products and information accurately, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on your device.
- Product details and availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing errors) at any time.
4) Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment (or otherwise confirm acceptance). We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or inventory limitations. If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
5) Pricing, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
For international orders (including the US, UK, and Australia), you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are not controlled by us and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
6) Payment
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7) Shipping and delivery
We ship from Canada to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery after shipping:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- US/UK/AU: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery (or as otherwise determined by applicable law).
8) Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict, the policy pages control for that topic.
9) Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, promotions, and offers may be time-limited and subject to additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
10) Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including logos, product names, text, graphics, and images—is owned by or licensed to Loom & Latch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.
11) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems
- Interfere with Site security or functionality
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
- Misrepresent your identity, payment method, or shipping information

14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loom & Latch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you in full.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Loom & Latch harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Nova Scotia, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
19) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
